Palacio Del Mar is ideally situated just a stone’s throw across the road from Los Locos beach on the Costa Blanca, a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness. This beach, with a children’s play area, is directly in front of the apartment building.

There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butcher’s, fishmonger’s, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, providing mouthwatering fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce. Los Locos has more than enough bars and restaurants to offer all tastes, including Spanish, French, Chinese and even Swedish cuisine. There is also a local Internet Cafe if you want to keep up to date on your emails. Just a 5-minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura.

You are also within 20-30 minutes walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade.

There are many family attractions in Torrevieja and the surrounding area. The theme park of Terra Mitica is only an hours drive away and there are numerous coach trips running there daily. There are many activities including water sports, horse riding, go-karting and scuba diving to name but a few. For the golf lovers amongst you there are three 18-hole championship courses within easy driving distance. On Fridays, Torrevieja hosts market day with approx. 1200 stalls set up near the town centre, selling clothes, shoes, jewellery, leather goods, food, etc. There is a bus stop to the right of the front of the building and the local bus service runs into town every 15 minutes.

This is a 3rd floor apartment comprising of a double bedroom and twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. It has an american style kitchen with electric hob, washing machine and microwave. Air conditioning is available along with ceiling fans fitted which are fitted in all rooms. There is a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep a 5th person. Also in the lounge there is a CD player and a TV picking up Spanish channels. A travel cot is available at no extra charge.There is one air conditioning unit in the lounge which filters through to the rest of the apartment on a meter, if needed.
