We have a number of 2 bedroom properties within Orbi Playa, including sea view and properties close to each other - ideal for larger parties who wish to holiday together without being on top of one another

Orbi Playa complex is ideally positioned just across the road from Los Locos beach, a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. There is a children's play area which is directly in front of the apartment building. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness.

This apartment has air-conditioning throughout. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven fridge freezer and washing machine. The lounge has a sofa-bed and there is a TV with UK channels (subject to availability) and a DVD Player. There is a dining area with seating for 4. There are 2 lifts which service each block and ramps are throughout the communal areas, so this is a wheelchair friendly complex. Please note that these apartments at pool level will be considered “ground floor” apartments, even though they are reached by either stairs or lift.

There is a video/phone security entrance system, a small safe, security shutters on all windows and doors, for your total peace of mind.

Orbi Playa has a large, residents pool area which has a main pool and a separate, shallow children’s pool. The balcony overlooks the pool and terrace and has patio furniture for alfresco dining. There is also a knick-knack shop and very good Chinese restaurant, on the ground floor of this complex (which also offers takeaway service).

There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butcher’s, fishmonger’s, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, providing mouthwatering fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce. If you need to keep in touch with the office or friends and family, there is also an internet cafe less than 2 minutes round the corner, which stays open very late. We should note that, directly in front of this building, the waters edge is slightly rocky, which although not ideal for paddling, does mean that this part of the beach is less crowded. You only need to walk a short way up the beach for a sandier approach into the waters. Just a five-minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade, sandy beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch the children on the beach whilst having a nice relaxing meal at the same time! The numerous restaurants and bars cater for all tastes.

You are also within walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade. There is a bus stop to the right of the front of the building and the local bus service runs into town every 10 minutes .There are many family attractions in Torrevieja and surrounding area. Three 18-hole championship golf courses are nearby. There are many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment block. The newly opened theme park of Terra Mitica is only an hour's drive away and there are numerous coach trips which run there daily. There are many activities including water sports, horse riding, go-karting and scuba diving to name a but a few. For the golf lovers amongst you there are three championship courses within driving distance. Other local amenities include water-sports, horse-riding and go karting not forgetting the three 18 hole championship golf courses.

Please note €65 is added to the above rates for cleaning & meet & greet services. This is payable in cash on arrival along with a Security Deposit of €150

Any 2nd provision of bed linen & towels will be charged at €15 for the first 4 guests and €2 per guest thereafter and beach towels are also available for hire for your stay
