This spacious semi-detached villa is furnished to a very good standard and is situated in the Villamartin area of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca.
The private, tiled, exterior staircase leads onto a first floor balcony which has an entrance door into the main living area of the villa. On this level you will find the lounge, dining area and kitchen plus 2 bedrooms. There is a further bedroom on the top floor. In the upper portion of the villa there are a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and on the ground floor there is additional, independent, accommodation for a further 2/3 guests which is set out in an open-plan bed-sit style with basic cooking facilities. There is a choice of single beds or a double bed, and there is a shower-room with toilet.
The villa is well equipped throughout with all the usual white goods including fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron and board, toaster, oven, hob and microwave.
The air-conditioning is provided at no extra charge for your complete comfort. Cold air for the hot summer months and warm air for the cooler winter nights. In the lounge there is a sumptuous corner suite and for your in-house entertainment the TV can receive English TV channels (subject to availability).
This villa is your ideal sunshine holiday home and comfortable enough for you to want to stay forever. It has a 2 balconies plus another large ground level terrace where you can also park your car if you wish. The main balcony which leads off from the lounge area is fully equipped with patio furniture. Here you can sit out and enjoy the alfresco dining experience and even stay up there long after the sun has gone down whilst enjoying a glass or two of local vino! The bedroom at the top of the villa also has it’s own private balcony.
The Montegolf complex adjoins the Florida Golf complex and is a development in the golfers paradise of Villamartin. Situated between Villamartin and Las Ramblas golf courses it has 2 deliciously inviting residents only, swimming pools. A 20 minute walk away you can find the buzzing nightlife of the Villamartin Plaza, which boasts over 30 cosmopolitan bars and restaurants. Whether your perfect holiday consists of golf and activity or rest and relaxation, you will find it in Villamartin.
There is everything you need nearby, including a large supermarket, but you are also only a 15 minute drive from the lively, metropolitan town of Torrevieja.
There are many golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. Apart from Villamartin golf course there are Las Ramblas and Campoamar and of course the famous La Manga course which is only 45 minutes drive south of Villamartin. All courses are 18 holes and can be pre-booked.
The area of Villamartin is set slightly inland from the coast and within a 5 minute drive there are several excellent Blue Flag beaches at Cabo Roig, La Flamenca, La Zenia & Campoamar. The area can be quite hilly so a car is essential for clients with mobility problems or guests wishing to get out and see the sights.
During the months of June-September on each of these beaches you will find a beach bar and you can hire sun beds and parasols. These areas also have further bars and restaurants plus other facilities such as banks and supermarkets. The closest swimming pool is just a few minutes walk from the villa.

Additional Local Charges
Please note €75 - €95 is added to the above rates for key handover
and local cleaning charges . This is payable in cash on arrival along
with a refundable Security Deposit of €150
Any 2nd provision of bed linen & towels will be charged at €15 for the first 4 guests and €2 per guest thereafter. Beach towels are also available for hire for your stay.

Please note, the Lead party member must be at least 25 years of age. All-male
or all-female bookings, in excess of two persons, may be considered in
some circumstances and with prior consent of owner
SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED OUTSIDE
any smoking inside the property will result in forfeit of security deposit
