This bright and airy 4th floor apartment is near the town centre of Torrevieja and is available for short and long term rentals. It has a comfortable lounge which has huge patio doors leading out onto a large balcony. Out on the balcony there are further table and chairs, enabling you to enjoy “alfresco dining”.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, electric hob, electric oven, microwave. There is a washing machine in the large bathroom. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. The bedroom has twin beds and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge, to enable 4 people to stay in this apartment.

The apartment building has a residents-only seasonal pool with sunbathing area, situated in the private inner courtyard.

There are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the area and a car is not necessary. However, if you do hire a car, this apartment has it’s own secure underground parking space - a definite requirement in the summer months.

Just a short walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch the children on the beach whilst having a nice relaxing meal at the same time! The numerous restaurants and bars cater for all tastes. There are many, many shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the apartment block. You are also within easy walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade. There is always some kind of festival going on in the centre and colourful street parades seem to happen every day in the warmer months.

There are many activities including water sports, horse riding, go-karting and scuba diving to name a but a few. For the golf lovers amongst you there are three 18-hole championship golf courses within easy driving distance.

Other local amenities include water-sports, horse-riding and go karting, not forgetting the three 18 hole championship golf courses.

There are 2 Aquaparks in Torrevieja, a small one in La Siesta and a large one quite close by. For the ultimate in water parks, Mundomar in Benidorm is considered the best. For the "child" in you, the exciting theme parks of 'Terra Mitica' and ‘TerraNatura’ are also in Benidorm, only approximately 90 mins drive away and there are numerous coach trips which run there daily.

Any 2nd provision of bed linen & towels will be charged at €15 - beach towels can also be hired.
