This pool facing bungalow is situated in the very popular area of Dona Pepa. The award winning town of Cuidad Quesada is within walking distance. The town boasts dozens of restaurants of all nationalities (Spanish English Chinese Indian, Italian, German, Scandinavian). There are many bars, pubs, cafes, shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, petrol station etc all within walking distance and among its attractions is a aqua park, tennis courts, mini golf and an 18 hole golf course (La Marquesa).

Just a few minutes drive and you will find the blue flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura, miles of golden sand bordered for a large part of its length by sand dunes and pines. The promenade has many restaurants overlooking the sea, and water sports of all kinds are available.
