The property has been adapted to suit the elderly and disabled people, installed is a ramp leading to the front door and a walk in wet room, the master bedroom supports an electric controlled bed for different sleeping positions, however it’s also an ideal long term rental home.

The bungalow consists of a master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite wet room. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds with an en-suite bathroom and the lounge / diner has an American style kitchen. There is a terrace area to the front and rear of property and it has a roof top solarium with various outside furnishings. The property has hot/cold air conditioning.
