The apartments of Jardines de Alhama Golf Resort in the Murcia area are carefully integrated within a luxurious garden, amid various parklands. The properties have a traditional Mediterranean architecture with a whitewash style.

The extensive open areas give ample space in which to walk and enjoy nature. Only cycle lanes and pedestrian paths run through the resort thereby maintaining the peace and quiet.

This property is a 3 bedroom ground floor apartment.Bedroom one has a double bed with large fitted wardrobe, and access to sun patio at rear of property. Bedroom two is twin bedded with fitted wardrobe, and bedroom 3 has a single bed and fitted wardrobe. It has a fully fitted kitchen/dining/lounge area with a ceramic hob, oven and a washing machine. The main living area has a wall mounted air conditioning/heating unit installed.

A flat screen TV and DVD player are provided. Please bring your own DVD's.

At the front of the property is a patio and garden for sitting outside. Patio furniture consisting of a table and four chairs is provided.

This property also benefits from a staircase at the front which leads to a sun terrace which covers the whole of the roof area. A large communal swimming pool and children's pool are provided. There is also children's play furniture in the children's play area.

There is a supermarket, bar/restaurant and a number of hard court tennis courts available on site in a less than 5 minute walk. The first of the three international golf course's designed by Jack Nicholas should be available by late summer.

The site is approximately 35-40 minutes from San Javier airport. The nearest beaches are at Puerto de Mazzaron which is a 10 minute drive away. Shops, restaurants bars etc are also there. The nearest shopping complex is at Camposol which is 5 minutes by car.
