This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom top floor apartment is spacious and airy and is situated next to Las Ramblas Golf Club in the Campoamor area and within a few minutes drive to Villamartin Golf Club making this location excellent for golfers. It is located close to restaurants, bars, and shops.

It is also perfect for a beach holiday and ideally placed for motorway access for further exploring of the wonderful Costa Blanca.

With the amenities of the beautiful Campoamor Golf Club Hotel with its golf, tennis and sports facilities as well as health spa nearby this holiday rental offers a wonderful selection of pampering treatments and options.

The apartment has one double bedroom with built in wardrobes and one twin bedroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. All beds will be freshly made up for your arrival and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

The spacious lounge diner also benefits from air conditioning. Doors lead from the lounge area to a terrace, with table and chairs. The separate kitchen and utility provides all the usual appliances and sufficient crockery and cookware. It is positioned on the 3rd floor of this 3 storey apartment block. There is also a communal pool.

The bathroom is fully tiled with vanity unit and mirror, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over. There is a second bathroom with toilet and washbasin.

The prices per week include clean and laundry. Airport transfers can be provided on request. Local contact telephone numbers will be provided for you, should you have any problems.£75 deposit required with booking. Balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
