This townhouse is on a delightful urbanisation called Lago Jardin on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. It is 30 mins drive from Murcia airport and 45 mins drive from Alicante airport

Lago Jardin is an established mature residential urbanisation with mature gardens with seating areas.

The property has 2 bedrooms, a new shower room and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. There is a TV with DVD player provided. There is a large patio area with a built in Barbeque. The communal swimming pool has a bar/restuarant. The pool passes are kept within the apartment for access to the pool. Tennis courts are available at 4euros an hour and the games area has a small charge for using the pool tables

Within a 10 minute walk there are restaurants and a supermarket and a small family-run grill just 2 minutes walk away as well as the Spanish run bar next to the pool which does excellent tapas. The town of Torrevieja is only 3 miles away, and easily accessible by means of car, cycle, or the bus route outside the complex. Being so close to everything car hire is not essential.

There is a lovely marina, evening market, shopping centre and Carrefour Hypermarket in Torrevieja. Many of the local towns hold street markets and there are bus tours available to local places of interest at a very reasonable cost. This urbanisation is home to many people all year round and not just a summer holiday complex as many of the more modern developments are

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
