Vera Playa is growing into a very popular holiday destination, with a great deal of new properties being erected to meet the tourist demand. Vera Playa is ideally located close to the Water Park and neighbouring Golf Courses. It also benefits from a beautiful and unspoilt 8km stretch of white sandy beach, as well as offering shops, restaurants and bars. Close by is the historic Moorish town of Mojacar which is only a 10 minute drive away. Just before you reach Mojacar is the fishing town of Garrucha, where there are many great seafood restaurants.

Adjacent to the complex is a superb supermarket for all your needs. Two minutes drive away is another supermarket with a number of boutiques, bars and an internet cafe. Five minutes away is the water park where you can spend a day of fun. There are also a number of banks within a five minute drive and a selection of restaurants, ranging from Chinese, Italian, Indian and not forgetting bars with tapas
