This lovely house is situated in the Villamartin area of Torrevieja on the sunny Costa Blanca. It is set approximately 5 kilometres inland from the coast. Within a 5 minute drive there are several excellent Blue Flag beaches at Cabo Roig, La Flamenca, La Zenia & Campoamar so a car is essential. During the months of June-September on each of these beaches you will find a beach bar and you can hire sun beds and parasols. These areas also have further bars and restaurants plus other facilities such as banks and supermarkets.

Whether your perfect holiday consists of golf and activity or rest and relaxation, you will find it in Villamartin. There is everything you need nearby, including a large supermarket and you are also only a 15 minute drive from the lively, metropolitan town of Torrevieja.

There are many golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. Apart from Villamartin golf course there are Las Ramblas and Campoamar and of course the famous La Manga course which is only 45 minutes drive south of Villamartin. All courses are 18 holes and can be pre-booked.

The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, sun terrace and small garden in front of the property. One bedroom is on the top floor, is separate from the other two and is en-suite. There is air-con in the living room, master bedroom and top floor bedroom. The lounge has a DVD and CD player.
