This is a ground floor 2 bedroom property situated in the very popular Los Locos Beach in Torrevieja.

It is in a situated in a block just one road behind the beach, there is no communal pool but the property is literally just a 2 minute walk to the blue flag beach of Los Locos

It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin sleeping 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. It has air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms and a balcony at the front of the property so you can sit and have a glass of vino

Playa De Los Locos, on the Costa Blanca, is a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness. This beach, with a children’s play area, is a 2 minute walk away

There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butcher’s, fishmonger’s, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, providing mouth-wateringly fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce. There is also a local Internet Cafe if you want to keep up to date on your emails.

Just a 5 minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch your children on the beach while enjoying a nice relaxing meal! The numerous restaurants cater for all tastes.

You are also within 20-30 minutes walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade.

There are many family attractions in Torrevieja and the surrounding area. The theme park of Terra Mitica is only an hours drive away and there are numerous coach trips running there daily. There are many activities including water sports, horse riding, go-karting and scuba diving to name but a few. For the golf lovers amongst you there are three 18-hole championship courses within easy driving distance. On Fridays, Torrevieja hosts market day with approx. 1200 stalls set up near the town centre, selling clothes, shoes, jewellery, leather goods, food, etc.

There is a bus stop nearby and the local bus service runs into town every 15 minutes

Please note €65 is added to the rates for cleaning & meet & greet services per booking. This is payable in cash on arrival, along with a Security Deposit of either €150 or £100.

Please note, the Lead party member must be at least 25 years of age. All-male or all-female bookings, in excess of two persons, may be considered in some circumstances and with prior consent of owner

SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON TERRACE - any smoking inside the property will result in forfeit of security deposit
