Rosa Blanca is a spacious, bright and airy 4th floor penthouse style apartment with full air conditioning and a huge (52 sq mtrs) private sun terrace (opening out from the lounge and kitchen through large glass panel doors) where you will find patio furniture, to enable you to really enjoy the Mediterranean Alfresco dining experience whilst enjoying the views of the gardens below and far reaching panoramic views of the salt lagoons and distant mountains.

This lovely complex is situated just 200m easy walk (quiet road with footpath) from the beach. There are numerous bays, beaches and lagoons to explore nearby. These range from shady palm forest picnic areas to larger beaches with cafes and children's play facilities. Discover them either by foot along the lovely coastal walk, or access easily by car or bus.

The apartment is set in beautiful grounds with 3 swimming pools (one of which is heated). There is also underground parking, 24 hour security and lifts to all floors. The accommodation comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double, en-suite bedroom, 1 twin bedroom plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is also a full bathroom with shower. In addition to the standard fixtures and fittings, some of the additional luxury items include a LCD TV (which receives UK TV Channels - subject to availability), CD & DVD player, tumble-drier and dishwasher along with an electric barbeque on the terrace.

The apartment complex is set within tropical gardens with an abundance of Mediterranean plants, palm trees and a ornamental fountain. There are shady walkways and sunbathing areas by the three communal pools. There are two portable sun chairs in the apartment which can be used in the gardens or on the beach.

If you prefer the sand of a bunker to that of the beach, there are many golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. Along with Villamartin golf course there are Las Ramblas and Campoamar and of course the famous La Manga course which is only an hours drive south. All courses are 18 holes and can be pre-booked. Punta Prima has a large choice of local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks etc all within walking distance from the apartment. Local leisure activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, sailing, swimming, walking, water-skiing, windsurfing, aqua-park and go-karting.

Car hire is not necessary in order to enjoy a wonderful seaside holiday but recommended if you wish to venture further a field. There are at least 4 local beaches within a 10 minute drive. Nearby Torrevieja (5 km) with its sea front promenade, aqua park and marina, is an easy car ride away with a regular bus service (bus stop is 2 mins away) and offers all the attractions of a large seaside town. Linen is provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Additional Local Charges
Please note €65 is added to the above rates for meet & greet services and local cleaning. This is payable in cash on arrival along with a Security Deposit of €150

Any mid-stay linen/towel changes will incur a small fee, dependant on the number of guests
