This larger than average apartment is located on the championship golf course of Real Club De Campoamor. There are several other beautiful championship courses in the area including Las Ramblas and Villa Martin. (Details of courses and green fees can be obtained from the Campoamor club house which is only a five minute walk from the apartment. You are also advised to take a handicap certificate as some courses require proof of handicap)

This is a brand new luxurious and very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment (120 sq.m) with comfortable sleeping facilities for up to six people. Facilities include TV, DVD, HiFi, fully fitted kitchen, Air Conditioning, large bedrooms and a large patio to enjoy a G&T or a glass of wine. It is superbly located on the 18-hole championship golf course of Real Club De Campoamor. There are bars and resturants within walking distance as well as a big supermarket. On-site facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools(no charge) tennis courts, fitness centre (payable locally) and an exquisite golf clubhouse. Locally there are excellent eating and drinking establishments and fabulous blue flag beaches all within 5 minutes drive. This apartment is situated in a very quiet and beautiful part of the Costa Blanca which is ideal for families and golfers alike. There is a fantastic outdoor patio area to accommodate a large number of people.

There are many excellent beaches near the apartment. The ones nearest to the apartment are Campoamor, La Xenia, San Pedro Del Pinatar and Punta De La Horadada just to name a few. There are also on-site Banks, supermarkets, brilliant restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas.

Prices are for the apartment per week in sterling pounds. Short breaks for up to 4 days will be charged at £50 per day. 60 euros cleaning and laundry are payable on arrival to our key holder. 15 euros per week supplement for over 4 sharing to be applied to cover additional cleaning costs.

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
