This south facing ground floor property is on the popular Jardin Del Mar Urbanisation. Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 mins drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 20 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport.
It has it’s own south facing walled patio, can accommodate a maximum of four and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year. It has a separate fully fitted kitchen. It’s southern aspect makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there.It also has its own private residents pool, which is open all year round, is key operated and has its own lifeguard in the summer months.
Torrevieja is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year.It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the apartment.
There are bars, restaurants, four supermarkets, the newly opened Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and a new impressive Sports Complex all within walking distance. It is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling.
It is a 5 minute drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches so therefore car hire is not essential.
The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms(hairdryer available) one double
and one twin and one bathroom (with shower). The living room has a sofa
bed and a standard sofa along with English satellite television along
with a radio and CD player.The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge
freezer,microwave,toaster, hob,iron, ironing board, oven and washing machine.
For your added comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. Linen is
provided but please bring your own beach towels.
A booking deposit of 20% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival .Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted. . A damage and key deposit of £100 is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the apartment. Smoking on the terrace only, please. Car hire is not essential,airport transfers can be arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport.
Please note there are no hidden charges like a departure clean or meet/greet on the above prices. These are inclusive in the price.
